RecallScout is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our supplier recall intelligence platform.
We collect account information (name, email, company), supplier lists you upload, usage data (pages visited, features used), and payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details).
We use your data to provide the RecallScout service, send recall alerts and notifications, improve the platform, and communicate with you about your account.
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, AWS for hosting).
