You may not share your account credentials with third parties or use the service on behalf of a third party without their authorization.

Supplier data

You retain ownership of all supplier data you upload to RecallScout. By uploading data, you grant RecallScout a limited license to process and store that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You represent that you have the right to upload and process the supplier data you provide, and that doing so does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

Data accuracy

RecallScout ingests data from official government regulatory databases. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy and timeliness, we do not guarantee that the information is complete, accurate, or up to date.

Regulatory databases may have delays, errors, or omissions. RecallScout is not responsible for any decisions made based on information provided by the service.

Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
